We offer a wide range of building services such as new construction, remodeling, interior/exterior renovations, and some commercial repair/warranty work. Our favorites include Decks, Porches, Additions, Custom Showers & Bathrooms, Kitchens & Basements, Doors, Windows, and all kinds of siding. 

We are headquartered out of New Bethlehem Pa which is located in Southern Clarion County. We proudly serve all of Clarion & Jefferson County. We Travel As far east as DuBois and westwardly we go as far as Emlenton. We do many projects in the North by Cook Forest & Clear Creek State Park Area. Heading South you may find us in Butler or Indianna but not much further.  We try to keep our projects within 45 minutes of HQ.

We generally follow a seasonal work load around a typical construction schedule (M-F 8-4). We generally follow the calendar but ultimately we follow a "work list" that dictates who is next and who is "on deck" or "in the hole". This way no one gets skipped and you cant just buy your way to the top. It's the fairest approach we've come up in response to a chaotic summer schedule. 

Any project over $2,500 will have a detailed estimate/invoice, a contract that outlines scope of work and responsibilities of each party, signed by both parties, and a non-refundable $500 deposit upon signing said contract. The $500 deposit is non-refundable; but deducted off your balance due, holds your place on the work list, and pays for the planning, the design, and/or the preparation of your project.
